Return Policy
At Total Liquor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that every order arrives safely and meets your expectations. Please review our return policy to understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim efficiently, we may ask for photos of the damaged or incorrect items. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on availability.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions:
Product Damage: If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, we will rectify the error with an exchange or refund.
Unopened Items: We may accept returns of unopened and unused items on a case-by-case basis. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue.
Approval: If your return is eligible, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping: For eligible returns, items must be securely packed and shipped back to us. Return shipping fees may apply.
Refunds
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for items that:
Have been opened or partially consumed.
Are not returned within the specified time frame.
Do not meet the criteria mentioned above.
