Highland Park have crafted award-winning whisky in the Orkney Islands since 1798. This rich and complex single malt Scotch whisky has been matured in sherry seasoned European and American oak casks with a few refill casks to smooth and soften the flavours. The result is a wild harmony of cinnamon-charred pineapple, vanilla sponge cake, heather honey and mellow peat smoke, presented in a ceramic decanter inspired by traditional earthenware vessels used for storing whisky more than a century ago.
