A beautifully balanced combination of 20 casks - ex-bourbon American oak hogsheads, first-fill sherry seasoned European oak hogsheads, and refill casks laid down during or before 1989. This full-bodied single malt Scotch whisky delivers complex layers of flavour with sweet vanilla, floral honey and soft caramel balanced by citrus notes, bitter dark chocolate and warm spice. The dry finish leaves a lingering impression of aromatic peat smoke.
