The Goliad is a Texas Whiskey, single-aged, flavored, and colored with oak chips. Every bottle is hand labeled and filled at our distillery in Southeast Texas. We are a proud 5th Generation distiller from the mountains of Tennessee. We wanted to honor the Texas Revolution by naming our spirits after the major battles that were fought to gain the Texians freedom from Mexico and create the Tejas territory.
