Stephen F Austin State University commissioned Sisterdale DIstilling to produce a commemorative bourbon for the 100 year Centennial Celebration in 2023. This Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a Rye bourbon with over 20% Rye flavor grain in the mashbill. The first 4 barrels will be released via allocation in Sept 2023.
