J.P. Wiser’s 10 Year Old is a crowd-pleasing, light smooth Canadian whisky made through traditional processes. It is a hi-rye expression of Canadian whisky made with our famous soft double-column distilled corn and above average amount of once-column distilled rye, adding richness and spiciness to the whisky. Aged in three types of casks (New American oak, ex-bourbon casks, and used Canadian whisky casks) for 10 years brings added complexity from maturation.
