On the palate, the texture is fat and amorous, a bit viscous too. Corn syrup, creamy vanilla, oranges, cherries, maple water, pears and apricots, caramel, rye cereal, pepper, a touch of burnt wood, cinnamon and ginger in the background. Sweet, languid finish, over corn syrup and caramel.
