Piccini Sasso Al Poggio Rosso Toscana IGT is an Italian red wine made from a selection of the best bunches of grapes consisting of 60% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet and 20% Merlot, Tuscany wine region IGT, Italy. It is one of the so-called Super-Tuscan wines named after its birthplace and the cradle of most red wines after mountainous Tuscany with clayey and rocky soil. The name of the wine Sasso al Poggio also refers to this, which in translation means a stone on a hill.
