The Wadenswil (pronounced vay-den-svil) Pinot Noir clones originated in Switzerland and on our particular vineyard site, they have the ability to produce exquisite spice notes. Upon tasting the 2020 vintage we were immediately reminded of the smell and feel of Fall, with warm notes of baking spices. Juicy berry flavors are balanced with drier notes of cocoa nib, nutmeg, and hay. The Wadenswil Pinot Noir will pair wonderfully baked squash, roasted poultry, and spiced vegetables.
