Straw-colored, clean and bright, with golden reflections, it offers intense and ex- pressive aromas. We find ripe stone fruit and white fruit, as well as Mediterranean herbs such as laurel. The ageing notes are very evident, with hints of brioche, toas- ted bread crust, cinnamon and a meaty touch.
